Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Naturewell Juice & Smoothie Bar. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

2. Ordering & Availability

All products are made fresh to order. Orders can be placed for pickup at our Silverlake location or delivery through our partner, DoorDash. Availability of menu items is subject to ingredient supply and seasonality. Per California Health & Safety Code § 114094, we are required to handle all food in a sanitary manner and cannot and will never resell or reuse returned food items.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. For delivery, additional fees may apply through DoorDash, and their Terms & Conditions apply.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Pickup orders will be prepared as quickly as possible. For delivery, all orders are fulfilled by DoorDash, and we are not responsible for delays or issues once the order is handed over. Under California Civil Code § 1723, estimated preparation and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products and California Health & Safety Code § 114381, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been prepared. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Refunds will only be considered if a mistake was made on our part.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences

At Naturewell, we take food allergies seriously and strive to accommodate our customers’ dietary needs. However, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, and other common allergens.

Our kitchen is a shared facility where cross-contamination is possible. While we follow best practices to minimize risk, all of our products are made in an environment that processes allergens. Even if you inform us of an allergy, we cannot guarantee that your order will be completely free of allergen exposure.

By consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Naturewell is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from consuming our products. If you have a severe allergy, we strongly advise consulting with a medical professional before consuming any of our products.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell customer data and only use it for order processing and customer service. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are only valid for the specified products and time periods.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.
